You’re not starting from scratch.

Let’s build an offer from what you already know.

Founding cohort enrollment opens October 28 and closes November 10. We begin together on November 11.

Built from experience - not just an idea about how this should work.

Before creating FITO, Amelia spent nearly a decade building her business, selling products, mentoring people, and developing communities.

Her first ever paid six-week mentorship generated over $120,000 USD in sales, with more than 120 people joining.

“I know I have something valuable to teach. I just don’t know how to turn it into an actual offer.”

You may be a yoga teacher, photographer, health coach, real estate agent, fitness professional, creator, or practitioner.

You may have spent years helping people inside someone else’s business. Or developed meaningful experience that people already ask you about.

The work itself isn’t necessarily new to you. Creating your own paid mentorship is.

And that brings a different set of questions:

• Which part of my experience should I teach?

• Who would this actually help?

• How do I turn what I know into a clear client journey?

• What belongs in the mentorship and what doesn’t?

• What should I charge?

• How do I invite people into it without pretending to be someone I’m not?

You don’t need another reminder that you have potential. You need a practical way to turn that potential into an offer people can understand - and an experience you can responsibly deliver.

Personal Reflection

A note from Amelia

I didn’t start with a course. I started with years of doing the work.

I spent nearly a decade building my business, selling products, mentoring people, developing communities, and learning how to lead.

Along the way, I developed skills in personal branding, organic marketing, sales, communication, and leadership.

People were already coming to me for help with those things. I was answering questions, creating trainings, and helping people navigate challenges in their businesses.

But for years, I hadn’t packaged that experience into my own standalone educational offer.

When I created The Holistic Sales Method and Holistic Sales Foundations, I was doing something I’d never done before: creating my own paid mentorship experiences.

But I wasn’t starting from scratch. I was giving structure to nearly 10 years of experience.

My first six-week mentorship went on to generate over $120,000 USD in sales, with more than 120 people joining.

Afterward, friends, family, business partners, and people in my wider community started asking how I’d done it. How had I structured the offer? How did I know what to teach? How did I price it, launch it, and sell it?

I found myself sending long voice messages explaining the same process over and over again.

And I realized that the skills I’d used to turn my experience into a paid mentorship were skills I could teach other people.

That’s why I created From Idea to Offer. Not to teach you how to become someone you’re not. But to help you turn what you’ve already spent years learning and becoming into something valuable you can build, lead, and own.

Your next chapter doesn’t have to begin with becoming someone new.

The approach inside FITO: Start with the experience and skills you actually have.

“I need to teach everything I know.”

The approach inside FITO: Choose a specific person, problem, and transformation you help make available.

“I need a huge course before I can sell.”

The approach inside FITO: Build a live, focused six-week mentorship with a clear client journey. So you don't need to prerecord or build out an entire course or platform.

“I have to sound like an online expert.”

The approach inside FITO: Learn to communicate the value of your own unique work clearly and honestly.

Strategic Architecture

How From Idea to Offer works

01

Clarify and Build Your Paid 6 Week Offering

Identify what you can teach, who it helps, and the transformation your mentorship is designed to support. Then organize that into a six-week curriculum with modules, milestones, and a clear client journey.

The work: A focused offer and a structure you can explain.

02

Attract and Launch

Develop a free offering that delivers value and introduces your paid mentorship. Build the promotional strategy, registration process, reminders, and premium content around it. Learn how to present your offer, communicate its value, and navigate sales conversations.

The work: A practical pathway for bringing people into your world through free value and generous content and inviting them to join you at a higher level of support.

03

Onboard and lead

Prepare the experience people will enter after they enroll: your community, onboarding, call schedule, recordings, and delivery process.

The work: A plan for leading your transformative mentorship container in a way that is valuable and mutually rewarding - not just simply selling it.

Six weeks of building with live support as you go.

This isn’t six weeks of inspiration followed by “good luck putting it together!!”

Each week combines a live training with a live Q&A, so you can learn, apply, ask questions, and get feedback while developing your offer.

Week 1 — Clarify Your Offer

Identify what you’re teaching, who it’s for, the transformation you’re helping people achieve, and how to position it.

Week 2 — Build Your Curriculum

Create your six-week mentorship structure, including modules, milestones, and the client journey.

Week 3 — Create Your Free Value Event

Develop a free value offering that gives people something useful, exposes them to your teaching style and naturally introduces your paid mentorship - without “giving away” of all your work and knowledge.

Week 4 — Attract Your Audience

Build your promotional strategy, registration process, email reminders, and generous content to invite the right people into your free event.

Week 5 — Launch & Sell Your Offer

Learn to exactly how to pitch and present your mentorship, explain its rare value, speak to who its for, navigate sales conversations, and help potential clients make an informed decision they feel confident in and excited for.

Week 6 — Onboard & Prepare to Deliver

Set up your client experience, community, onboarding, call schedule, replay system, and delivery process.

The aim: Move from “I have experience and ideas” to “I know what I’m offering, who it’s for, what it costs, how I’m launching it, and how I’ll lead it.”

FITO is designed for you if:

• You already have knowledge, skills, professional experience, or lived wisdom that can responsibly help someone else.

• You want to turn that experience into your own paid group mentorship.

• You need help choosing a focus, structuring the experience, pricing it, and planning the launch.

• You want live teaching and feedback while you do the work.

• You’re willing to make decisions, implement, and refine your ideas.

This isn’t the right fit for you if:

• You want someone else to build and launch your entire offer for you.

• You’re looking for guaranteed income or guaranteed clients.

• You’re not open to being coached, learning new strategies, or exploring new ways of thinking, launching, and sharing your work.

• You’re not willing to take action and put what you learn into practice.

You can be new to creating a mentorship without being new to the work you’ll teach.

Clear Answers

Questions you may be asking

I have several ideas. Do I need to know exactly what I’m teaching before I join?

No. Clarifying your offer is the focus of Week 1.

You do need existing experience or knowledge to build from. FITO helps you identify the focus, audience, and transformation you make available to others based on the lived experience, knowledge and skill you already have.

Do I need a big following?

No, you don’t need a huge following to join FITO. You do need to be willing to share your work, connect with the right people, and build interest in what you’re creating.

In Week 4, you’ll work on your promotional strategy, registration process, email reminders, and generous content that brings the right people into your free event.

Amelia is passionate about organic marketing and building a rare personal brand. Throughout FITO, she shares what has worked in her own business and helps you understand how to apply those strategies to your own audience and offer.

What does “four-figure mentorship” mean?

A four-figure mentorship is one priced between $1,000 and $9,999 USD.

FITO focuses on helping you build a high-value, premium mentorship with the depth, structure, and support to guide clients through a meaningful transformation.

The goal is to create something mutually rewarding: valuable for your clients to experience and be part of, and fulfilling for you to launch and lead.

That means creating an offer with a clear purpose, a thoughtfully designed client journey, and value that supports its price - so you understand what you’re charging and can confidently communicate why.

What if I can’t attend every call live?

All calls are recorded, and you’ll have replay access for 90 days from the program start date.

Call times rotate every other week. You can also submit questions before a Q&A for Amelia to address during the session.

How much time should I allow each week?

There are two 90-minute live calls each week: three hours of scheduled teaching and Q&A.

You’ll also need time outside those calls to develop your curriculum, create your event, prepare promotion, and build your delivery process. The amount will depend on your starting point and the offer you choose to create.

You’ve spent years building your experience.

Now you can give it a structure of your own.

You don’t have to turn everything you know into one enormous course with dozens of prerecorded videos or modules.

What can I teach?

Who can it help?

And what would a meaningful, well-led experience look like?

That’s the work we’ll do inside From Idea to Offer.

A clear offer. A structured curriculum. Pricing. An engaging launch pathway. A plan for welcoming and supporting the people who join.

Something you can lead, deliver, refine, and potentially relaunch as your business evolves.
